The Kyiv Center is the implementation and integration capability connecting programme architecture with engineering, testing, AI, systems integration and execution in Ukraine.

The Center is established on the UPMC implementation base and operates as the UPMC-linked engineering and integration layer within the wider SACE architecture.

Execution linkage
Its role is to support engineering validation, testing, integration and transfer of validated programme configurations toward controlled industrial execution.
