This notice explains how UPMC processes information submitted through the corporate contact form.
Information processed
The contact form may process your name, organisation, email address, subject, message, language preference, consent record, submission reference and technical anti-abuse information required to protect the service.
Purpose
The information is processed to record, assess, route and respond to corporate, industrial, engineering, investment and institutional enquiries, and to protect the contact service from abuse.
Storage and delivery
Accepted enquiries are recorded in UPMC's controlled application database. Where notification delivery is enabled, a copy of the enquiry is routed to authorised UPMC corporate recipients for operational handling.
Retention and rights
Enquiry information is retained only for the period reasonably required for correspondence, programme assessment, governance, legal or security purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting UPMC.
