UPMC's role is industrial, engineering and implementation-oriented. SACE remains the dedicated programme and system authority. STRIX may be referenced only within that SACE context and is not presented as a separate UPMC industrial direction.

SACE provides the specialised programme and system architecture.
The STRIX Allied Cognitive Ecosystem is the dedicated authority for the associated autonomous-system programme architecture. UPMC contributes industrial and engineering capability without absorbing SACE's programme identity or system authority.
